Can I return or exchange my order?Updated a year ago

Of course. You can return your order up to 30 days after the purchase date. Please request a return here.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returned items must have a corresponding RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by us to warrant a return. Please make sure you read our returns policy in full before requesting a return.

For custom items

You can return your custom order up to 30 days after the purchase date but there will be a $30 custom fee applied. This is due to the unique item handmade nature. Canceling an order creates waste as we cannot resell bespoke items. 

Products with confection flaws or products malfunctioning under regular use will apply for replacement or full refund. Product damage as a result of abuse, misuse, improper repairs/maintenance, installation, or alteration/modification will also be void of our return policy and warranty.
